What is the difference between session proposals and scientific abstracts?

The session proposals are panel or interactive proposals that eventually become the educational content of the Forum: the plenaries and concurrent sessions. The abstracts are research-based projects that eventually become the posters and oral presentations at the Forum.

When are sessions proposals accepted?

Session proposals are accepted starting February 14th until the deadline on March 21st. Notifications will be made in May.

When are scientific abstracts accepted?

Scientific abstracts are accepted starting March 7th until the deadline on April 11th. Notifications will be made in June.

Are you CME/CE accredited?

Yes for etc etc etc X number of credits

How do I get a CME/CE certificate?

You will be emailed an evaluation when the conference is finished. Once you complete the evaluation, you will be redirected to a CME/CE survey link and you can input the information needed to generate a certificate (which will be emailed to the email provided).

How much does it cost to attend the Forum?

During the early bird period (x date to x date) the rate for those affiliated with PPFA, SFP or ARHP is $$$, for those unaffiliated it is $$$, and for students is it $$$. After X date the affiliated rate is $$$, the unaffiliated rate is $$$, and the student rate is $$$.

Are there scholarships available?

Scholarships are available to those in training, such as students and residents. More info can be found here: link
